We are using a John Deere 30 series sprayer we tuned for a customer. The customer was looking to make their operation more efficient. The gains from this tune can be seen further down.

The Solution

We had a look at the John Deere sprayer to start with. Afterwards, we decided to tune its ECU by using Alientech KESS3. With this power tune, we optimized the performance of the sprayer.

After the tune, the customer could feel an increase in power and torque. That as a result gave them a more efficient sprayer.
